Palatarge operates on a privacy-first, zero-knowledge architecture. We do not monitor, inspect, log, or sell your personal photos, documents, private communications, or browsing history.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Contact Data: Name, billing details, and email address collected securely through our payment provider (Stripe) to administer your subscription.
• Technical Telemetry: Machine hostname, operating system build, and threat execution telemetry strictly necessary to block malware, isolate hostile scripts, and ensure device stability.
• Identity Defense Data: For subscribers utilizing PrivacySync™, public identifying details (such as aliases and known contact info) provided voluntarily to conduct legally-mandated removal requests with data broker registries.

3. Encrypted Cloud Backup

All file backups created through Palatarge Vault™ are encrypted on your local computer prior to transmission using keys that only you hold. Palatarge personnel cannot access or view the contents of your backup archives.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not monetize or sell user data. Information is shared only with critical infrastructure partners (such as Stripe for PCI-compliant payment settlement and secure infrastructure hosts) required to fulfill our direct service to you.
